For the sourced materials on this list, we provide material certificate and FDA / EU Reach food-safety test reports issued by third-party labs (original in English). For our factory's product, including ceramic filters and filter media, we provide food-safety test reports from laboratory of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (original in Chinese with English translation). We ensure that all of our products meet the requirements of China Hygiene License of Health and Safety: Drinking Water Related Products. We also have our own water quality lab that can test for harmful substances release upon request. Safety of our product is our number one priority.
